At Premier Landscaping & Lawncare, we frequently receive inquiries from our clients. Below, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions that you may find useful. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q- Will the product you are spraying on my lawn hurt my pet?

A- At Premier Landscaping & Lawncare, we prioritize the safety of you and your pets with our products. We advise that pets remain indoors during treatment and until the lawn has dried, which may vary depending on the season.

Q- Do you perform services when it is raining outside?

A- While we maintain a busy schedule, we occasionally perform landscaping and lawn care services under less than ideal conditions. However, we ensure that these services are carried out only when we are confident that they will be completed effectively and efficiently. If the services cannot be completed effectively and/or efficiently than you shall receive another service date as soon as possible.

Q- How will I will know when you are coming to do a service?

A- All clients will be entered into our system and added to a schedule that will automatically send a direct text message to your phone at the time of booking, as well as a reminder text message at 6:30 PM the day before your scheduled service

Q- What forms of payment do you accept?

A- We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Payments made by cash or check can be collected at the time of service or sent via mail to our P.O Box. Credit and debit card transactions can be processed online or by the technician upon completion of your service.

Q- Do I need to be home while you complete services?

A- All of our crew members are completely trustworthy and are fully capable of completing the desired services without your presence. We kindly request that you ensure any gates around your home are unlocked to facilitate our access to the necessary areas.

Q- Can I mow my own lawn while receiving your turf care services?

A- We are pleased to inform our customers that they are welcome to mow their own lawn while participating in our Turf Care Program. However, we recommend that mowing be scheduled for three days before or three days after the completion of a Turf Care treatment to ensure optimal results.
